Default Is it crazy to think Josh Selby could pass up Knight and Walker?

What does either do better than him? He's like the 2 of them in one body. Bigger than Walker, similarly if not more talented than Knight, IMO.

Thoughts?

6'1" shooting guard. No way he jumps either in the draft. In fact, I seriously doubt he's seen as a top 15.

Knight is 6'3", and has displayed better playmaking with less experience imo. He looks like a decent NBA combo guard to me.

I'm not sold on Walker as a star, but I do like his intangibles. He'll be drafted way higher than he ought to be, but I could see him being Derek Fisher down the road. You can never have enough real pros.

In the end, it really doesn't matter. This draft class is awful looking, and there's no assurance...or even likelihood...that any of the guards selected are more than decent pros.

As a Jayhawk fan I watched Selbys whole college career, and the talent is definitely there, and he had a couple of games where he played like a top freshman, but the injurys slowed him down and he was off most of the year.

Not NBA ready yet but maybe in a few years he could contribute... But yea, no way he passes up either of those guys, both are much better at this point

Selby be lucky to go first round. He's not cracking top 15.

I can't agree. I htink Kansas' system really help him back in the way that Westbrook and Holliday were held back at UCLA. He is blowing people away in pre-draft workouts. Great athleticism, 6-2 with great length, shooting range anywhere in the gym and good defensive pedigree. He plays like a SG, but no more so than Kemba. He's bigger and better defensively and better shooting range than Kemba.

if he and Knight had switched schools, the scouting reports would have changed as well. Selby would have killed it in that dribble drive offense. He's a much better ball handler and playmaker than Knight. Knight does nothing better than him. You guys are going to be shocked where Selby goes. He won't get out of the lottery.
