Default A player going to the finals with two different teams in no fluke

Josh Howard, Devin Harris, Jason Terry, Jerry Stackhouse, Jason Kidd, Shawn Marion, Tyson Chandler, Erick Dampier, JJ Barea are all third options. Dirk carried his team in 06 and he does it again. Great teams, but he has never had a true 2. option, but he still made it.

Has anyone ever said Dallas making the finals was a fluke?

Ive seen people pick the Mavs to make the finals literally every single year for the last 10 years. Mostly in 03, 05, and 07. But its not a rare prediction.

What do you mean 2 different teams? He did it with Dallas in 2006, and he did it again this year with....Dallas.

HE means the parts around him basically which is pretty much very wrong in every way shape and form but he's implying he's carried two collections of spare parts to a title games. Which again is nice but D Wade has done it and Bron Bron has literally going to do it with two different teams so not sure what his point is.

There have been plenty of players to go the finals with different teams..
A few from this era:

Shaq
Kobe
Wade
Lebron
Duncan
Kidd

Just off the top of my head.

Dirk did it with no other All Stars on his team.

He has a collection of great veterans around him that no how to play defense.

Shawn Marion~great defender/finisher
Jason Kidd~all time great point guard who still can pass/make decisions with the best of them:great defense/stealing ability + fastbreak offense combo
Tyson chandler~One of the best defensive centers in the league/good finisher
JasonTerry/Barea~probably the most explosive scoring bench duo in the entire league.

This is a very good, veteran basketball team.

Typical retard mentality though to judge a team by how many allstars they have. Jason kidd brought more to Dallas in this series than westbrook brought to OKC despite westbrook being the 'allstar.'
