The last I heard, Lakers have a pretty good frontcourt. The Lakers are not going to get a superstar for Bynum. So, there's no point trading him. The Lakers need to focus on their backcourt issues and lack of shooters. If somehow they were able to pull some blockbuster trade out of their ass for Dwight, I'd be all for it. But not likely to happen.

This, my friends, is a move to "up the stock" so to speak.



Do some of you HONESTLY believe that the Lakers dont have their ears perked for if anything better comes along?



Jim Buss was basically QUOTED stating that he WOULD BE OPEN to move Bynum if the right deal came along. Why do some of you keep arguing against that?



This thread is filled with some raw speculation and flat out fabrications by the people here.



As per the Mason and Ireland show here in LA's ESPN sports talk radio, the deal for Garnett years ago was TURNED DOWN BY MINNESOTA. It wasnt Buss that pulled out of that one.
