This is how I envision the Sugar Ray Robinson and Floyd Mayweather fight. Floyd might win some rounds, but a solid left hook from the GOAT would knock him out cold. SRR was the best 147 and 154 pounder.

Austin Trout was clearly robbed in his last fight with Canelo Alvarez. They don't want Trout vs. Mayweather. I think Trout would give Mayweather a much competitive fight than Alvarez.

What fight were you watching? Trout landed more punches, but Canelo clearly landed the more effective/powerful shots.

what? I disagree. Trout couldn't do anything serious.
Canelo played with him. The commentary was terrible.
Like ****ing Malignaggi who thought Trout won Round 8 after he got knocked down...

It was a close fight. The WBC's open scoring policy ruined Trout's momentum going into the 2nd half of the fight.

115-112 or 116-111 as a stretch Canelo. The knockdown put him over the top. He fought in patches, Trout backed him up on many occasions and his defense was good as Trout missed a lot. Trout just couldn't land a big enough shot to really worry Canelo. 118-109 was simply ridiculous, that scorecard shows a one sided fight and i certainly did not see that..

That being said, if ur a guy who likes power punches, i could see more rounds in Canelo's favor. Trout is a hell of a fighter. Probably the most interesting potential opponent to Mayweather in with guy anytime soon. I'm not sure anyone else can beat Trout I was really impressed.. alittle treaking here and there..and it would have been Trout who won the fight. I thought Trout was the smarter fighter, but power won out this time.

Against Mayweather, Canelo will not get away with fighting in spurts and his defence will not save him either, Mayweather will punch holes through it like Swiss cheese.

I know Money claims he doesn't watch films of his opponents and stated he has only seen one of Canelo's fights. I have to believe that the Trout fight was the one he was referring to.

Didn't see the fight, everyone saying Beltran won. Not only did he knock him down, but apparently he messed Burns face up pretty bad.

He sucks, and he always gets knocked down the same way, rolling all over the ring.

Really, if he had some defense, he'd be decent. His defense is non existent.

Feel TERRIBLE for Ray Beltran he won that fight, man 12 years in the making to win clearly and have it called a draw is a ****ING joke. Terrible judging.....

You would be hard pressed to find a guy who over the last 2 years has put on better fights than Beltran

vs Hammering Hank Laundy: epic war where he outworked Hank a more skillful/speedy fighter.

Than vs Ji-Hoon Kim he got DROPPED and looked like he was dead (did not think for a second he would get up) afterwards only to get up and drop Kim later than win a easy decision after the knockdown.

Now vs Burns out boxes him, was the aggressor and landed the more meaningful shots in another classic.

Can't describe how sorry I feel for him seems like a good guy and the sad thing is it always happeneds to fighters like him.

Seth Mitchell got crushed badly nothing more to say about that.
