Ortiz's mind and heart is no longer in boxing. I think he was doing commercials, and wanted to be an actor in Hollywood.

Also, Victor Ortiz straight up QUIT tonight.

After the punch by Collazo, it didn't even floor him. He took about 3 for steps then went to the ropes and dropped to his knee. He could have got up from that. He didn't want to fight in the first place. That was the whole reason he started out o quickly. He was trying to get him out of there early cause he didn't want to be there.

I'd go with what you're saying if he hadn't done this before. The round was over, it as one second left. Didn't even try to get to his feet, just took an L on his knee.

2nd round ... he didn't want to continue. Not like this was the 11th round and he had taken a bunch of punishment. Come on man, didn't even make an attempt to get up.

It's rude? This is boxing we're talking about here.

This cat has done this numerous times. Everyone saw what we saw.

You've got other fighters calling him out.

Just stop.

Just caught a replay of the fight, I'm stunned. Ortiz got finished in 2 rds by Collazo?

Sorry but the kid is done. He has a horrible pattern of mailing it in. No one can tell me he didn't quit in that fight.

No effort to get up even though the rd was over? Dude didn't even try to get up.

He should just retire from boxing and take up acting full-time, I hear he's in the new Expendables movie so he has the perfect platform to transition.

He still had a good win agaisnt Berto and showed heart by getting up from some solid punches that could have knocked out alot of welterweights. After the Mayweather fight though he got demolished by guys like Josesito Lopez and Collazo.

He was still coming off a strong knockout win against Margarito in which he looked impressive. No one was talking about him declining until Mayweather schooled him. People even thought he was gonna win after the 1st 2 rounds

Did you watch the Mosley- Margarito fight?

obviously Mosley wasnt in his prime anymore but did you really think he was done? I dont think i seen a single boxing analyst saying he was done after that.

When was the last time Margarito got knocked out before the Mosley fight?

any upcoming mayweather opponent = in their primes / dangerous / best fighter out there

after fighting mayweather = washed up / past their primes

No such thing

Berto is just a C-class gatekeeper for other C-class fighters who want a Mayweather lottery ticket. Surprised Khan got the call without having to go through Berto first

Amir Khan doesn't deserve a huge pay day against Money May. I rather see Floyd fight Marcos Maidana. Maidana is 4-0 in welterweight division since he was trained by Robert Garcia. Solid win against Broner, Karass, and Lopez.
