I've been saying it for a while, Rigo would box Donaire's ass off. I forgot who it was on this forum saying Rigo was easy work for Donaire.

Good win for Rigo. Still not a fan of his style though

Sounds like he admitted he didn't take this fight seriously. Well, that's what he got what was coming to him.

I dont really follow the very low weight classes but who is there to fight at 122 for Rigondeaux? or does he have to move up now?

Mares and Donaire are moving up.

On Ring, there are 3 undefeated guys ranked #4,5, and 6: Alexander Bakhtin, Carl Frampton, and Scott Quigg. I've never seen any of them fight.

Then there are guys that Donaire already beat like Mathebula, Darchynian.

He'll move up eventually. Him vs Gary Russell Jr at 130.

Lol at Donaire making excuses. He had a bad shoulder and he didn't train. I thought Donaire was better than that.

I had him along with Canelo and Broner as the next big things in boxing. This is a slight setback for him.

So basically he has no choice but to move up right? Sucks for him thats he has such a small frame and only 5'5 (maybe smaller?) because that really limits the amount of weight he can put on.

The loaded division right now is 140lbs but thats a reach at this point

If he wants the bigger fights, he'll have to move up, but ya he's really small. 140 is out of the question for him. Maybe 130 and that's pushing it.
