YESSIR! Deuce strikes again getting on the end of a cheeky flip from Michael Bradley.

He pretty much stole Bradley's goal there

Actually I'm99% sure that would of hit the post from the angle they just showed behind the post but I imagine what looked like bradley went to celebrate with dempsey he said "**** u bitch nikka" and dempsey was like

Although this was a complete slaughter and brought the reality of Canadian Soccer but doesn't help when bright young player want to leave their home country for their parents nationality

Sucks for canada you aren't going to get a easier group in this stage in a while.
Missing Dwayne De Rosario, who is basically the heart and soul of the team, sucks, and the rest of the team are either just solid or mediocre players under wrong mentality.

well ok maybe not outplay completely but at most parts of the games yes... but shitty defense mistakes for basically all 3 of the goals conceded... same old story for us..... we deserved AT LEAST two draws from those games

You had one decent chance in the second game if we're going to be fair, and you scored. The rest was absolute domination by Croatia.
It wasn't exactly like the Serbia-Belgium game where it was even but Belgium converted their chances.

Even in the first game, Croatia had a large chunk of possession, just were lackluster in creating chances.

First off, there's already a queue of top level GKs or young prospects to replace Buffon, like I said. Maybe only Leali, among them, has the chance to reach his greatness, but we are talking about GOAT goalkeeping here so it will be no problem even if they are a bit inferior.
Viviano is 27, Sirigu is 25, Bardi is 20 and Leali is 19. We are set for 15 years at least.

Pirlo already has his heir in Verratti, and De Rossi in Florenzi. They are going to be great, you'll see.
And you fail dramatically when you don't include Marchisio in our current biggest stars, because he's a top notch midfielder, currently at the same level of De Rossi, and he's 26.

Secondly, of all the lines, our defensive one will always be good no matter who you pick. History is with us in this respect. And Barzagli is our best defender, not Chiellini.

Finally, while forwards have been our weakest link lately, there's this young generation of El Shaarawy, Insigne, Destro etc who are ready to deliver even if Balotelli nulls himself, and they are all better than the sorry ass forwards we've had lately (Pazzini, Borriello, Matri, Quagliarella... even Di Natale who is gold but used to fail in the international stage).

And Prandelli has proven to be a very capable coach. Future looks bright at the moment. Much brighter than it did in 2010 for sure.

Are you serious ? In Zagreb we were pretty much even in chances but Croatia won. In Skopje Croatia outplayed Macedonia badly. You basically scored from your only chance. Towards the end you made a push towards the goal but nothing serious came out of it. Croatia deserved to win in Skopje and you might have deserved the draw in Zagreb but that's about it. Macedonia never clearly outplayed Croatia.

Croatia hasn't played well so far but they collected 10 out of 12 possible points. That's what strong teams do. Get points/wins even when they don't play their best.

I'm glad that Macedonia beat Serbia last night but let's be serious. Belgium and Croatia are both on another level and are clearly the 2 best teams in the group.

@ Jasi i dont really see it, i think Italy has the least future prospects from the big football nations ( germany, spain, brazil, argentina and even england )
But ill guess we will see soon.

Oh and btw Messi scored again for Argentina, thats his 11th national goal this year ( no one even comes close to that ) and Argentina are on fire lately

The midfield of Masche-Gago-Di Maria looks very solid so far, the attack is the best in the world - Messi, Kun, Higuain ( Tevez as his possible replacement ), the full backs are also solid, im not sold on the GK and the CB pair yet, but there is still time till 2014.
But so far Argentina is looking good, as of right now i would say they are tied with Brazil as the 3rd biggest favorite for WC. Spain and Germany of course first and second.
A WC, and all you haters will only be left with the 'steroids' argument.
Cant wait.

No doubts. But Croatia is far from a strong team. Very far.
Im not even sure you are as good as Belgium. Will probably end up 2nd in the group and have to face a team like France, Sweden or Portugal, who are not even close to strong teams, but still better than you.
Sure you have players like Modric, Mandzukic and Jelavic who are stars for their teams and cost as much as the whole football federation in MK, but they never play hard enough for your country.

Bosnia is by far the best football country in the Balkan right now, and its not even close.

Argentina isn't winning the next world cup so i'm thinking that point will be moot.
