Yes, I was born in America. Central that is. ES to be exact but my mother is Honduran so I proudly rep both countries.
Honduras is a tough team. After a really good showing at the Olympics, people expected this team to compete during the Hex. Losing in San Pedro should not be seen as an upset.

I don't care if it's an away game or not, USA losing to any team not named Mexico in CONCACAF should be considered unacceptable.
Jamaica tied Mexico. Jamaica created the best chances as well. I was surprised Estadio Azteca wasn't packed for the game. I assume it will be March 26th though.

Klinsmann has stop dicking around and choose a proper team.
Organize that backline. Don't call up Bocanegra again, even on the bench. Howard is your Captain. Bocanegra is not near good enough and was never very good to begin with. You got a bunch of decent fullbacks...if Cherundolo can walk, pick him as your RB and move Chandler to the left. Get guys out there who push themselves in leagues that count. Do it before you waste one of the best goalkeepers in the world.
Get Stuart Holden ready to go and have him work as your main playmaker, because he's got that kind of skill. Brek Shea, gotta play. Get him in there. And don't ever use Eddie Johnson in anything but a striker role...not that he should start with Altidore.
Donovan...tell him to never go back to MLS. Hell, man up and go to Spain. Play some ball. Otherwise, don't play anymore. You've wasted almost all of your career. Make the most out of what's left. Do it.

Howard had a shitty performance for a captain candidate. I agree to stop calling up bocanegra. Brek Shea at best should only come out as a sub but he's medically cleared to play yet anyway. As for Donovan I'd be more worried about the idea that he might never put on a USMNT Kit ever again. We really need him we lack creativity in his position badly .

Like any team in Spain would sign a washed-up 32 yr. old who was never too good to begin with. Maybe in second division, if he would agree to lower his salary enough.

Shea doesn't necessarily have to start, but he should be important. But I didn't realize he was hurt.

Well, he's 30 and not 32. He's not washed up. He was always good enough. His salary isn't the issue.
Unfortunately Shea isn't in much form either like Dempsey but he will start since he was named captain. Seriously if we don't get 3 points here, we are fuvked. Damn do we need landon. Also doesn't help with the current problem we are supposably having in the locker room and their disdain for our coach.
