Kecman is not better than Keselj, he's too old and slow now. He was better.
I would rather have Markovic on this national team than Jaric. Jaric is old, could potentially cause chemistry problems and his heart is very questionable, while Markovic might not be better but he fits well chemistry wise and will leave his heart on the floor every game...

I agree about Jaric's motivation, but then again it might be hard to stay motivate on court when you're married to Adriana Lima.

From what I've seen, the offense looks really stagnant when Markovic is on the floor. He's a good defender, but he pretty much nullifies that with his mediocre offensive skills.

A true backup point guard isn't really needed on this team anyway with guys Rasic, Tepic and Bjelica who can take over the playmaking duties when Teodosic is on the bench. Would've liked to see Micov get a chance on this team.

Markovic is bad at offense but he can be a defensive spark off the bench.
Micov should have gotten a chance, especially with our lack of SF's...

Keselj sucks. Did you miss how awful he was with Olympiacos?

Sorry, but a handful of games does not override a full season. The sample size shows he is not playing well for the last year.

Apart from the blowout loss against Spain, they've won every other game they've payed.

Thrashed Canada by 60 and 30 in consecutive games, beat England easily, destroyed China, beat Croatia by 20+, led by 20+ before beating Serbia, and beat Australia.

I could easily see them medaling. The Turiaf injury will hurt though. A full strength French squad with Beaubois and Pietrus if they make the Olympics will be nasty. They've got two likely future first round picks in next year's draft as well in swingman Evan Fournier and long, athletic big man Rudy Gobert.

Parker / Beaubois / Diot / (Albicy)
Pietrus / De Colo / (Fournier)
Batum / Gelabale
Diaw / Seraphin / Traore / (Ajinca)
Noah / Turiaf / (Mahinimi) / (Petro)

Slovenia is right now destroying Lithuania... right now it is : 39:19 in the middle of 2nd quarter.
Lithuania is playing without brothers Lavrinovic and Kalnietis.
And this Slovenian defense is ****ing awesome. When fast Slovenian guards push on Lithuanian guards they dont have any solution and from this there is fast break, which is really well played.

Enes Kanter with 14/6 in only 16 minutes to lead Turkey in scoring for the second time in a row.
