Default How to develop a player?- NBA 2K11

I am looking to really develop young players on my team. I already use them during development sessions every month and send them to summer camp.

Is there anything else I can do or is that all?

Thats it. If you want them to progress more automatically, then use your summer camp sessions to improve their "potential"
