Not even that, he's just more agile and athletic from what little I've seen. His bursts off the ground and anticipation is better than Thabeet.

Biyombo's hype to skill ratio is off the charts. He has a good showing at the Nike Hoop Summit and people just hop on like he's the next Ben Wallace
I've been saying that too. He had one good game and everyone went crazy. It makes me wonder if anybody even watched that game. The US team went small ball with just the one big guy the entire game. Biyombo was the biggest guy on the court. He should have been rebounding and blocking shots.
But he did it against a crop of guys who will be in the NBA lottery.
And let's take a look at those guys who played the most in that game:
Austin Rivers 6'3"
Bradley Beal 6'3"
Marquis Teague 6'2"
Michael Gilchrest 6'7"
Anthony Davis 6'10"
Davis was the only legit big man that played (and also the biggest guy on the team). I'd also argue he had a better game than Bismack. Nonetheless, that roster gave Biyombo the opportunity to get more blocks. Against some much shorter high school players I should hope he should have got his fair share of rebounds and blocked shots. While they are going to be good they're still raw and not used to playing against guys that size on a nightly basis. Not to mention that overall the World Select Team had far more size. It made it pretty tough on that small team.
Meanwhile, Jimmer is predicted in the lottery now? What happened?
Workouts happened homie. Jimmer said he would work out against anyone any where and Biyombo wasn't even gonna come over from Europe to do workouts. The workout he did against no one was pathetic. This kind of stuff happens every year. In the lane drills Jimmer was killing it and was faster than lots of really athletic guys. I don't think Jimmer will be anything special at all but lots of guys improve/hurt their stock through workouts.
