In many States the odor of marijuana alone is PC, no warrant needed... I'm willing to bet that it could be easily smelled thus giving the officer PC and the right to search his vehicle.
unless you've been leaving under a rock, drug paraphenalia is probable cause for cops to search you/house/car. This is common knowledge.
My comment was actually directed towards the people claiming that police require search warrants to search cars, or that Beasley was somehow unaware of his civil rights by allowing police to search his vehicle.
