Chauncey will win MVP next season.
Unfortunately, with the way Nash got his MVP playing on a "depleted" team, Chauncey will do the same thing.

Dumb thread. Pistons won't win 50 and without a big W number in the column for them he has absolutely no shot at MVP.

They don't tend to give out the MVP award to players on teams that got ****tier from one season to the next. It usually goes the other way around. Detroit is gonna get blown up by the All-Star break. It was fun while it lasted, right Pistons fans??

I was just trying to prepare you guys for the Billups awe that we are all going to have to endure the next season. It will be alot like the Nash awe and fawning we've had to put up with the last two seasons.

Nope. But they are alot alike in terms of shoddy accomplishments imo. Chauncey has a finals MVP and Nash has two MVP's and both will be looked at in hindsight as the two worst players to win said awards.
