...of the British Basketball League (BBL). The BBL is one of the worst domestic leagues in Europe, a friend of mine who played D2 basketball (albeit one of the better D2 players) just averaged 13 ppg as a rookie in Europe for the Guildford Heat. World Peace could probably average 30/10.
This will obviously only come to fruition if the lockout extends into the season.

Cheshire Jets? I never heard of them and I live in England.
If he wants to play in the BBL (lol why can't he play in the EBL? None of their teams even qualify for Euroleague), then he should play for the Manchester Magic

Dennis Rodman also played there for two games when he was 40 ish. This will help get that league alot of media attention.
Not too sure about that. A lot of people knew about Rodman because of stuff outside basketball. Even then most people in England don't know who he is. Artest is just known as a basketball player. The kids won't know who he his plus, he's not an exciting player to watch.
