I normally wouldn't post this sort of message, but I can't be the only person who thinks this. I've been noticing this for about the past year, but in ANY segment you watch with him in it, you can be sure that there will be no less than 2-3 of the following: botched names, stuttering/mispronunciation (the latter is more inexcusable than the former), out right INCORRECT stats.
He's like the Jim Ross of basketball.
p.s., lol he just said Iverson has 10 rebounds when he meant to say assists. Taken as an isolated incident, it would be no big deal. But you compound this with what he does on a regular basis, sometimes I wonder how he keeps his job, seriously.
If he were a contestant on that one ESPN tryout show called Dream Job, dude would've been eliminated in the first week, horrible anchor he is.
And obviously that was the 2000 mvp vote, I made a mistake when I said 01 or 02 hehe.
Anyway it's mind boggling how he can keep a job with all his screwups. Anyway I except ESPN to do him like that one mother did to Maculy Culkin's character in the movie The Good Son when she had to choose between him or Elijah Wood, and LET GO OF HIM.

Dude says it so casual too, like it's all good. To top it all off, whenever he makes a blatant mistake, he NEVER corrects himself. The idiot doesn't even REALIZE he made a mistake.
I never noticed all the mistakes he made, mainly because he acts so educated that it annoys me.
I guess ESPN is trying to help the NBA by putting in civilized/educated looking african american's to do NBA coverage.
Yeah that's the thing, the dude be sounding normal as hell and ****, articulate, well spoken, but his facts and names he utters are more prone to errors than Windows ME.
