Admit it: Who still plays Pokemon?

Played Platinum and SoulSilver on a NDS simulator.

I didn't get far though, couldn't save

I stopped playing after the 2nd gen, Gold, Silver, and Crystal. I played Yellow, Red, and Blue too. Those were great games and fun times.

I still play the pokemon games, but I only play Pokemon White and Pokemon Soulsilver.

I used to own versions Yellow, Red, Crystal, Silver, Gold, Sapphire, and Ruby, but I gave all of those away because both my Game Boy Color and Game boy Advance broke.

I don't remember exactly why I started playing the Pokemon games, but I think I started playing the pokemon games because all the cool kids had them. I still remember playing the old pokemon games hour after hour until bed time.

On a related note-Iwhat was everyone's favorite starter pokemon? For me, Charmander was my favorite starter pokemon.
