The Knicks are finally sticking to ONE lineup on a consistent basis. Hard to believe being that Isiah is the coach.

Seriously, Larry Brown totally sabotaged that team last year...

And more road trips would only be good because of how well we've played on the road

there's a difference between playing at Atlanta and having to play 5 or 6 games in a row at Phoenix, LA, Sacramento, Denver, etc. or playing the Texas Triangle. lol

i'm not sure what other western teams you've played at yet.

but the raps have played at phoenix, denver, dallas, NO, sacramento, portland, LA lakers, LA clippers, utah, golden state and will be playing seattle tonight.

they only have to go out west 4 more times against SA, houston, memphis and minnesota.

Thumbs up Raptors will win the Titanic!

Let’s see…. Raptors are in 1st with 12-15 record without their all star the past 7 games……having played two third of their games on the road….with a ton of home games in January…..where they expect their all star to be back.

TJ Ford is playing in an all-star calibre level.

People stopped questioning why Bargnani was the #1 pick.

Their under the cap, so they can address any weaknesses.

Their defence has been absolutely solid. They've finally adjusted to each other and are playing as a team. Never been a better time to be a Raptor fan.

The Nets and Celtics took a couple of head shots after losing Kristic and Pierce. The Sixers are playing to get Greg Oden.

Knicks on the other hand.....Isiah will be fired by the end of the year. Nuff said.

We'll see how the division goes, but I still think New Jersey are the favorites. Even if Kristic is out, they are much more talented and experienced then any of the other teams.

The Knicks have been having a good run, but the reason why we have been sucessful over these 3 games is that we have been rebounding extremely well and Marbury is play his azz off. I don't know if we can keep up this energy the whole season, but when your team can score points and rebound, you got a nice chance (see Seattle a few years ago.)

As for the Raps, I really haven't seen them play, and they did beat us, but I don't think they're talented enough. Garbosa is a back-up on almost any team, yet he's starting on the Raps, and is expected to play a big role.

Knicks have too many people that want minutes. Francis, Richardson, Jefferies, and Robinson will all be coming back soon. They need to make a trade to clear up their rotation.

The Raptors have plenty of talent to win this excuse for a division. Ford, Bosh, Bargnani, Peterson, Parker, Nesterovic, Garbajosa - I don't see why you think they lack talent. Garbajosa is a backup on many teams, but when you are leading the division at 12-15, you aren't really being measured against "good teams".

Most teams wouldn't have Nate Robinson as their backup point guard, most teams wouldn't have Jamal Crawford as their starting shooting guard with a field goal percentage of approximately 37%. Every team has flaws, the Raptors frontcourt as a whole don't defend as well as they could, the exception in my mind being Rasho, but I think it's outrageous to say they lack talent with guys like Chris Bosh, Andrea Bargnani, Jorge Garbajosa and Rasho Nesterovic getting the bulk of the minutes.

I will say one thing though. The Knicks and Raptors have won quite a few close games this season that they would've lost last year.

It doesn't change the perception that the Raptors are young and building towards something while the Knicks are struggling with high paid, mediocre talent. This is the determining factor where fans will give the benefit of the doubt to the Raptors as an improving franchise, where as will crucify the Knicks for being stuck in mediocrity. I don't think the Knicks could do anything short of make the playoffs with a decent record to garner some respect.

Knicks have just as good or even better young talent then toronto.

Under 25 Years Old.

-Jamal Crawford
-Eddy Curry
-Channing Frye
-David Lee
-Renaldo Balkman
-Nate Robinson
-Mardy Collins

Guys Like Jeffries and Q Rich are what teams want, Defenders.

Marbury is playing at the top of his game right now no doubt about it.

Bump Cato, Francis, Malik and Jerome James.

I'm happy with our future front court with Balkman, Lee, Frye and Curry.

Our Back court of Nate, Collins and Jamal.

to reiterate, it is now completely possible for someone other than NJ to win the division. however a big lead in the Atlantic (10+ games) is simply not in their future barring considerable changes..

It was completely possible before Krstic went out. They are 11-15 with him.
