Assuming this is not an agenda ridden thread...it would be interesting to see if anyone has in fact played with more talents.

Maybe...Robert "Will Smith" Horry?

Hakeem Olajuwon, Clyde Drexler, Steve Nash, Jason Kidd, Kevin Johnson, Kobe Bryant, Shaquille O'Neal, Eddie Jones, Nick Van Exel, Glen Rice, Dennis Rodman, Ron Harper, Horace Grant, Tim Duncan, Kevin Willis, Tony Parker, Manu Ginobili, Brent Barry, Glenn Robinson, Damon Stoudemire, Bruce Bowen, Sam Cassel.

Barkley's teammates

PG- Kevin Johnson/Steve Francis/Mo Cheeks
SG- Clyde Drexler/Dan Majerle/Andrew Toney
SF- Julius Erving/Scottie Pippen/Cedric Ceballos/Danny Manning
PF- Tom Chambers/AC Green/Kevin Willis
C- Hakeem Olajuwon/Moses Malone/Bob McAdoo

Might be forgetting a few big names. Pretty much, if someone plays a long time and on multiple teams, you can come up with teams like this. Especially since stars become role players themselves in many cases.

Yeah, for trivial stuff, it can be fun to list teammates like this, but in terms of how fortunate a player was, listing these names without mentioning what stage of their career they were in, or what stage of his career Shaq was in at the time.

First 15 1/2 seasons covering his time in Orlando, LA and Miami, it was only 1 legit all-star teammate on each team.

In Orlando it was Penny in '95 and '96(Grant did make his only all-star team the year before on Chicago, though)
In '97 and '98, it was Eddie Jones(Kobe made it in by the fan vote when he was a bench player in '98)
No all-star game in '99, but Kobe was an all-star caliber guard by that point, averaging almost 20 ppg.
From 2000-2004, it was Kobe, obviously.
In Miami it was Wade, though after the title, both were injured the last year and a half together.

What are you trying to say

So the 3-2 series loss, after being down 0-2 and forcing game 5 against heavily favored Miami Heat in the 96-97 Playoffs, (just missing the playoffs in 97-98 by a small margin) and then 3-1 series loss to Philly in 98-99 don't count as making the playoffs?

"In the playoffs the Magic fell 02 to the Miami Heat in the first round. Hardaway then scored 42 points in game 3 and 41 in Game 4 to force a Game 5 in Miami (becoming the 1st player in NBA history to score 40 points in back to back playoff games when his team scores less than 100 while also being the first player to score 40 points back to back in the playoffs against a Pat Riley-coached team). Hardaway scored 33 points in Game 5 but the Magic fell short. Hardaway finished the playoffs with averages of 31 points, 6 rebounds, 3.4 assists, 2.4 steals, and 1.4 blocks per game. His playoff scoring average finished a close second to Michael Jordan (31.1)."

PG- Kevin Johnson/Steve Francis/Mo Cheeks:

MO never passed the Ball To Charles
KJ missed 49 games in the 1992-93 Season and the Suns had a Higher Winning% Without Him. Infact he kept missing games from 93-96 at a Higher Rate than Any Other All Star

SG- Clyde Drexler/Dan Majerle/Andrew Toney

- Drexler was 33-34 passed hims Prime and had Already won a Ring a bit unmotivated
- Thunder was Good but Never A Complete Player
- Toney suffered a career injury season 1985-86. He was never the same after that

SF- Julius Erving/Scottie Pippen/Cedric Ceballos/Danny Manning

- DR J was 34-37 year old and his PER was around 17.0 which is by no means All Star Level. Infact he was also Pased His Prime
- Pippen came when Barkley couldnt play Anymore age 33-36
- Cedric was a Good Role Player but nothing speical
- Danny Manning: was constantly injured when he was with the Suns

PF- Tom Chambers/AC Green/Kevin Willis

- Chambers was 33 when Barkley came to the Suns. He was a Sub
- AC Green Good Role Player
- Willis also a Bit Passed his Prime

C- Hakeem Olajuwon/Moses Malone/Bob McAdoo

- Hakeem was 34 when he played with Barkley and no Longer the Dominant Center
- Moses only played with Barkley when Charles was a Rookie and he Left for the 1985-86 Play-Offs (He did not play with Barkley for that Play-Off Run)

Barkley had the weakest cast from 1987-1992 compared to other Superstars who had everything when THEY WHERE IN PRIME and THEIR TEAMATES IN PRIME
