Iowa lost a ton of seniors, Golden built Temple into a solid program, he didn't leave the cupboard completely bare did he? Not sure why so many people were marking it as an obvious Iowa win.
Well, it took almost an entire half but Penn State has managed to tie-up Temple.
Purdue apparently taking major strides forward beating Southeast Missouri State 31-0. Of course that might just mean they're still as bad as they were last week. It's hard to tell when you're playing SEMO State.

SEMOST's a 1-AA school. They're REALLY bad, even for a 2A school. Still, nice to see 31-0 Purdue, this could easily be the last win of the year. Robert Marve, the ex-Miami QB, is getting some playing time though for the first time since tearing his knee last year. Looks pretty sharp.
Make that 37-0 as I go to hit post. I honestly feel kinda bad for SEMO, there're HS teams that'd give them a game.
I wanna see Carson Wiggs line up for a 70 yarder (he could hit it, weather's gorgeous) and Patrick Bade (switched to football from basketball this year) line up at TE.

Eastern Michigan inside the Michigan 10, Iowa down 7, Penn St down 7, ugly early start for the B1G. No worries, Purdue'll carry the conference in football like always.
