I rather have a decent Houston team than a lottery team. It's going to be boring around here if Houston starts losing..

T-mac is coming back, hopefully for the Indy game, if he stays healthy the rest of the season and Yao comes back while we are still the 9th or 10th seed, then we can still push for the playoffs ...

Yao was trying to block Thomas, who charged Hayes, pushing Hayes near Yao, which made him land awkwardly.

Oh Sh!t, I completely forgot he was the one who collided with Yao. The actual collision was inadvertent but when Yao is on the floor Thomas just pushes Yao away from him while he's grunting in pain, what a ****ing ****.

So does this hurt the Rockets to the point that they wont make the playoffs?

They'll probably be a .500 team by the time Yao comes back, even with T-Mac back. From there they'll have about 2 months to make a run for a playoff seed. The west is top heavy this season but the #8 seed has been under .500 for a while now. I think they'll sneak in but they are definitely a playoff bubble team now with Yao out 6-8 weeks.

So is this one of those injuries that have a lasting effect like Grant Hill's or he can completely heal and dominate again like his broken leg from last year?
