After being used as only a blocking TE the last 2 seasons, Celek has 9 targets in each of the last 2 games. That leads the team with 18 over the last 2, nobody else has more than 13.
Also has a TD in each of the last 2. Could be huge if we're able to start throwing him the ball again. Harbor played over half the snaps vs. Dallas without receiving a target, so obvious they want to use Harbor has the blocking TE and get Celek out in the passing game more.
Brandon Graham activated and Kyle DeVan cut. DeVan didn't do well and as philly.com put it in "man up", Watkins hasn't dominated the last 2 weeks but he's been nowhere near a liability on the line. His solid play likely gave them confidence for the move.
