This offseason (free agents, their own players, draft, coaches) will be the most important offseason in recent memory for this franchise. Some tough decisions will need to be made.
I have no clue. But looking at the NFL standings from ESPN we would be picking at 14 right now, probably 15 once Cowboys choke.

And thats an interesting spot to be in. We are looking at guys like Reiff, Blackmon, Upshaw, Barron, and Burfict. We could probably address any position we want to depending how draft shakes out.

We have so many questions that it could determine what position we end up drafting. WR Djax, will he be back or traded? CB A.Samuel? Back or traded? If a good OL prospect is at your pick do you take them? Example OT from Iowa Rieff or OG from DeCastro from Stanford. Todd Herremans could either move back to LG or you replace Evan Mathis with a nice young OG that even fits Mudd mold of a lineman. Do you go LB? Adding yet another young guy or do you use FA to fill this void? Some good veteran FA Lbs to pick from especially in the middle. Eagles spent high picks on Safety...do you go after a veteran in FA or stick it out with the young guys? Eagles need to put a DT next to Cullen Jenkins.

Tough to predict. But at 8-8 we're in the middle of the draft. We have 2 2nd rd picks as well. Should be interesting. What coaches are retained will be the first step.

17 Oakland 0.500 0.5039

He's definitely back. My personal opinion is that the decision on defensive coordinator will be taken out of his hands.

Good for him.

Great coaches are hard to find, and this year being the exception, he has kept his team consistently in Super Bowl contention in a salary cap era.

If he were to be let go, he'd find another job in about 5 minutes, and it's doubtful the replacement would be anywhere near as good.

Well if Desean wants the franchise tag, we should give it to him.

The Eagles' last second round pick is at 16 I think so they should have 3 of the first 48 selections.

And how about Brandon Graham. Thought we should have went with Earl Thomas and thats shaking up to be a much better idea.

Graham: 2 seasons - 16 games - 3 sacks - 17 tackles
Thomas: 2 seasons - 32 games - 7 INT - 174 tackles

Bust. And for the next 3 years no chance to have a role larger than a rotational DE barring injuries.

Earl Thomas, Pierre Paul, Pouncey, Buluga but the guy I wanted Sean Weatherspoon. I dont see what they saw in Brandon Graham. I guess another Trent Cole, Dwight Freeney? Eh

Tidbits from Lurie conference

- Andy keeps job
- Andy has full control of his coaching staff
- Andy is gone without a strong 2012

Lurie also acknowledged the Castillo hiring, especially on a short offseason, was a mistake. Guess we'll have to see if Andy trusts Castillo with his own job on the line.

Brent Celek was playing with a torn labrum in his hip and a sports hernia. Had concurrent surgeries today to repair them but a report says there's no timetable for recovery and beginning of training camp might be "optimistic".

Without knowing our cap situation I have no idea. I mean Nicks and VJax sound awesome but what makes them want to come here over other situations (especially Nicks) and the chances we have the money?

I don't pay attention to college football so I never know about prospects. Floy and Jeffery intrigue me because they're bigger receivers. I'd love to have a guy we can throw a fade route in the end zone to and just let him outjump a CB.

3 picks in the top 48 or so? I'd like to get a WR (if DJax goes), O-line, and linebacker. But I couldn't give you names. I look at highlights and stuff but they won't tell me anything.
