really? you think the only reason I am good at this is because I spend more time then other people. maybe i am more prepared and more analytical as well.

im wrong all the time and the first one to admit it.

It's my girlfriends birthday today but I should be able to sneak on once she falls asleep.

It's nothing personal at all, you're one of my favorite guys here and a great sport. I love to bust your chops. We're like salt and pepper.

Love u

if there was not a LOT of luck involved in fantasy football, than I would have never made the championship game in the money league last year lol. that was like my first year playing FF.

Id compare FF to poker, anyone can go on a nice run of cards and win a tournament the same way you made the finals last year. Over a significant sample size skill definitely plays a major factor.

My most recent draft (12 team, .5 PPR). Unfortunately we only start 2 WR's.

QB - Freeman/Orton
WR - Calvin/Miles/Santonio/Percy/James Jones
RB - McCoy/Deangelo/Grant/Starks/Harrison
TE - Gronkowski/Cook

Very, very happy with this squad. Although it would be better if I could take advantage of my WR depth by being able to play 3 or 4 WRs.

Not really. I've put less and less effort into it every year. I've done zero prep work these past 2 years and am just going on by what I know from the last season and what I think will happen this season.

Marlo did you know anything about the fantasy guru when you were on the east coast?

http://www.fantasyguru.com/writers.html

I went to school with his son. Got me a pic with Reggie Bush and some other guys a couple years ago.

I've heard of some of those writers. Really wish I could cash in on FF from a writing/podcast point. Cool site.

The guys on ESPN are so bad. They're entertaining and I do listen to their podcasts but not to get any real info. Of all the guys that cover fantasy I would say Greg Rosenthall at CBS Sports is the best. The CBS podcast is excellent, would highly recommend it.

Solid but not great. Super high on Nicks and McCoy. Wayne is a good WR2 and if Lloyd can put up 80% of what he did last year you will be in great shape at WR. RB wise I think you have some holes and if Wells doesn't pan out into a nice RB2 it could be a weak point. The other RB's are decent flex plays at best and have lots of question marks.

The tight end needs to be improved. Is Jared Cook on your waiver wire?
