Flex play this week pick one of these 3:

Mendenhall vs Jac
Mike Williams (both been killing my fantasy team this year) vs NO
Davone Bess vs Jets

That's a coin flip as both are really good choices this week.

Everyone Make sure and bench Blount. He's out for several weeks with a MCL tear.

He still won't get you more than 5-8 points even as a starter. He sucks now.

And the Bucs just released RB Allen Bradford. So that probably means they're going to sign a FA or trade for another RB.

I found this funny....

Someone on Twitter tweeted this to Mike Williams:

@Mikebuc19 hey homie how u feelin about the rest of your season? I'm a seahawk fan but in fantasy ur the Mike Will for me.Tell me what 2 do

And Mike replied:

@MScat216 drop me off ur fantasyteam and u wouldn't have nothing to worry about

If I were an NFL player, I'd get sick and tired of people asking me about fantasy. I can see why players get annoyed with it. It's like the only thing most fans care bout now is fantasy.

Just made a trade in one of my big money leagues...

I gave:
Chris Johnson
Plaxico Burress

I got:
Andre Johnson
Knowshon Moreno

It is a 12-team PPR league with a $200 buy-in. There are also extreme roster restrictions.

My roster now looks like this...

QB: Josh Freeman (clearly my weak spot)
RB: Maurice Jones-Drew
RB: Fred Jackson
WR: Andre Johnson
WR: Dwayne Bowe
WR: Dez Bryant
TE: Jason Witten
Flex: Rob Gronkowski
K: Jason Hansen
DEF: Bengals

BN: Kevin Kolb
BN: Knowshon Moreno
BN: LaDanian Tomlinson
BN: Ben Tate
BN: Stevie Johnson
BN: Mike Sims-Walker

Thoughts on the trade and the team?

IDK about that trade man, Moreno is a waste of space with Fox running the show and McGahee healthy. That trade is basically CJ2K for AJ which I think is questionable only because AJ's injury is very gloomy, I feel he may have had a set back because they got Derrick Mason and signed another WR. Aslong as he's back in 2-3 weeks nothing more it fills a need and is decent value though I think CJ will rebound. Team looks good overall other than QB obviously puke level bad but everything else is excellent, contender team clearly even without a QB. Wonder if there is a way you can trade Witten or Gronkowski for a RB maybe Ryan Mathews? Jahvid Best? Maybe do a package deal with Freeman to get a real QB.

I gave CJ five weeks. Even in his best weeks, he has been -- at best -- the third best RB on my roster. When I can rid myself of that and get a legitimate WR1? I take it.

I did my due diligence on AJ before I pulled the trigger. I would never have made the trade if I thought this injury was a serious setback. According to most recent reports on rotoworld, he is almost all the way back already, which is way ahead of schedule compared to the original reports. In fact, Kubiak said today that there is an outside chance he could play this Sunday, which I actually DON'T want to happen.

I don't need him quite yet, as I have a favorable matchup and I want him to be 100-percent.

It isn't as though AJ was struggling like CJ prior to his injury... He was killing it, as always and, in a PPR league, he is about as money as you can get.

Moreno was just a throw in, because he would have had to drop a RB anyway (same with Plax on my side). It was essentially CJ for AJ, which is a pretty even trade, at this point, imo.

And, after having watched CJ in person last week, he doesn't look right. He doesn't have the burst that he's had the previous two seasons. I don't know if he is secretly hurt, out of shape, or just struggling because of the hold-out, but something isn't right... And, I don't think it will magically get turned around any time soon.

Five weeks is almost 1/3 of the season and he hasn't looked like himself... Not even for a moment in any game.

On the otherside, AJ has looked like AJ... He is just out at the moment.

I'm happy with the deal. I don't think it was a coup or anything, but, considering I have FJax and MJD to start every week going down the stretch and I was missing a true, stud WR1, it was a good deal for me.

Yeah I tend to agree, any ideas you got to upgrade that QB spot? Assuming you missed out on Tebow?
