Gerheart and Spiller will be getting the bulk of touches for their team and they have potential to have big games but for me it boils down to Lynch and Harvin.

Lynch has been getting ALL of the carries for the Seahawks and has been getting touch downs consistently but I'm worried this week is the week that the exhaustion from getting 25+ carries a game sets in.

Percy Harvin will be the only play-maker on the Vikings this week. What helps his cuase is that he doesn't only catch the ball, he runs it too. With Peterson out he will get more touches. This guy has the offense relying on his play, and he can run and catch. The problem is the Falcons have a top run defense and are probably going to focus on him anyway.

I need to win this week. Who's my flex?

You can't sit Marshawn Lynch at this point, even if Harvin was going up against a horrible run defense.

I dropped Lynch after his abysmal start to the season in a league with only 4 bench spots, and have been kicking myself ever since.

Thats a tough one. As far as Bowe goes, he played ok last week but hes been inconsistent and is playing a tough defense. I have him too and I am not starting him.

Santana Moss has been terrible this season and don't overlook the Seahawks defense, they are solid. I dont see a big game for him.

Helu could have a good game, but its impossible to know whos going to shine at RB in Washington and who wont. It seems like every week they switch who they want to run with. I would sit Helu and if he has a good game you got unlucky...if he doesnt do good then great. Again, dont sleep on the Seahawks defense, especially their run defense. They kept Steven Jackson in check last week. If SJax couldnt do good against them...and your not even sure Helu will get alot of touches..you stay away from Helu.

That leaves us with Donald Brown and Peyton Hillis. And I would choose, Donald Brown.

Peyton Hillis has been having a down season and the Bengals are the 3rd best run defense in the NFL this season.

Proccess of Elimination...start Donald Brown. The Panthers D isnt that great anyway. Theyre always involved in games with alot of offensive yards.

A second guy...its honestly hard to say. I guess Bowe...

Kevin Smith
Adrian Peterson

Roy Helu, Pierre Thomas, Toby Gerhart (AP injured), CJ Spiller (Fred Jackson injured), and Donald Brown are on waivers. Should I try and pick up any of them? I am leaning towards Thomas and Helu. I am dropping Tolbert and might drop Tate.

my WRs:

Calvin Johnson (Against the saints)
Dwayne Bowe (against the Bears)
Torrey Smith (against the browns)
Santana Moss (against the Jets)

After Johnson, which two should I start? I'm thinking Bowe and Smith. Also, Johnny Knox and Jason Avant are on waivers. Should I pick either of these guys up? Knox has been great the past two weeks.

drop Tolbert for Helu ASAP. I would pass on the rest of those RBs for the time being. I would start Bowe and Torrey with Calvin at WR.

tough one, Spiller in PPR should be good for double digit points this week, last week fell just short against a tough NYJ run defense and without a TD. Probably go Greene and Spiller sit McGahee.

DeSean against a horrible Seattle secondary has to be one. Other one I'd go James Jones just because I don't trust Hanie.

I also have Tolbert at my 2nd RB and DeMarco Murray at W/R I can bench tolbert (idk if I should) and put Murray at RB2 and one of my WRs at the flex spot.

I would stick with what you have, I like Tolbert more than Knox this week better chance at scoring

Appreciate the advice. I'm hoping to grab Helu. AP's injury has me worried to say the least.

I'm going VD against the Rams this week in one of my leagues over Fred, generally its Fred tho.
