Kobe and MJ have never been in this kind of a situation, they have always been the clear #1 or #2 options, MJ being constant #1 and Kobe only being #2 with Shaq.

For the Heat this is unknown territory though, they have yet to figure out who is the alpha dog. I believe it should be(come) Lebron.

err from the video, it is clear the alpha dog is Wade. From Lebron leaving HIS team to join wade, it is even clearer the alpha dog is Wade.

Who is the better player may be up for a debate but as to who the man is for the heat, it Wade. Every true Heat fan will tell you that

These are your conclusions not known facts. Yes Lebron joined Wade in Miami, but there could be other reasons for that, heck even the fact the weathers a lot better could be one of em.

Also the fact that Wade yells at him in this video says nothing either.
