I don't even blame Romo for the fumble...should have been 3 straight runs there, I blame Garrett for that

I understand what you're saying, but it's still the job of the ball carrier to secure the ball.

On rare occasions we give a pass when a defender puts their hat on the ball so perfectly but even then the ball carrier should have the ball in a position that makes that nigh impossible.

true, Romo should get some blame for that fumble, but that mistake was MUCH more forgivable than the INT though...

Big kid, throws a good deep ball, decent touch on shorter stuff, smartest QB in the league (Harvard). Bills won't be half bad this year, but are buried in that division with NE and NY. They had one of the league's toughest schedules last year and lost a few close games. MUCH better team than people think they are.

Made great money on them vs KC yesterday. Chiefs are complete frauds. Easiest schedule in the league last season. They'll win 5-6 games this year, and Haley will be the first coach fired.

Good HS QB doesn't throw that ball. Guy just doesn't have the mental toughness to succeed in pressure spots in the NFL.

Bills got some good scheduled games against high-profiled teams and QB's including 4 against non-divisional opponents.

Week 3 & 17: hosting(W3)/vising(W17) the Patriots (Brady)
Week 5: hosting the Eagles (Vick)
Week 6: visiting the Giants (Eli Manning)
Week 9 & 12: hosting(W9)/visiting(W12) the Jets (Sanchez)
Week 10: visiting the Cowboys (Romo)
Week 14: visiting the Chargers (Rivers)
Week 16: hosting the Broncos (Orton)

9 games against Top 15 QB's

I agree with this, Buffalo isn't as bad as I've seen some people say they are, no I highly doubt they are going to make the playoffs, but I think they are a 6-7 win team (maybe 8 if your generous/lucky) in a tough division.

The Chiefs are going to be the league's biggest flop, I would be shocked to see the team win more than 6 games this year honestly, they aren't that much better than Oakland or Denver on paper. I mean, what is there to write about this KC team when the running game is performing bad?

For people saying Week One knee jerking going on..not true. He was good all of last year.

Obviously he's not gonna put up crazy stats like yesterday every game, but that's not what this thread is about, he was good all of last year, people need to wake up and actually watch him play.

We'll probably never know. But the Bills whole team was on yesterday, played awesome and he put up the crazy stats he did and destroyed KC. If he was on a playoff team, why wouldn't he be a top 7-10 QB?

It's unfortunate that people aren't talking about how good the Bills played yesterday, but instead are talking about how bad the Chiefs played. (not talking about you GOBB, just some stuff I've read).

i had him last year. he was pretty good and i had a newfound respect for him since he was so bad in Cinci. he improved a lot between Cincinatti and Buffalo. he'll still have his off days tho but pretty underrated QB....

What does Buffalo have to do with his ranking? Jim Kelly was a top 5 qb for years in Buffalo.

Small market/irrelevant team that gets no attention because they haven't shown anything in 10+ years?

Jim Kelly was a top 5 QB when Buffalo was winning? The point of this thread is Buffalo record stinks, and if Ryan was in a better situation/on a better team people would rank him higher as a QB. You're not telling me Jim Kelly came out the womb a top 5 QB are you?
