Default Memorable Moments in the NBA nobody really remembers

Right here I want to talk about or watch great or memorable moments of the NBA nobody has in mind right away. For example Larry Birds miss in game 4 of the 1987 finals to win the game. That's a shot he's hit so many times and right there in the most important moment he misses one. He was one of the most clutch players and even he missed an such important shot.

Please give me more examples to watch and see what I don't remember from NBA history.

So close to going in. Even now, knowing that he misses the damn shot, my heart stops when I watch it, because Bird just doesn't miss those kinds of shots. Obviously I'm glad it didn't go in, but still. Great stuff.

Similarly, because of Fish's 0.4 shot, people forget the amazing fluke shot that happened just before it.

Absolutly, what an unbelivebale shot by Duncan. You do understand the concept of this thread. I don't care if it's "memorable" or not, it should be a great moment nobody really remembers.

LeBron winning game 2 of ECF in 09.

Reggie's last game and the sendoff he got.

Lebron had an epic 4th quarter in game 5 against Orlando, but noone remembers because he followed it up by playing poorly in game 6 and losing the series.

Still, go back and watch tape from that 4th quarter. It was ****ing ridiculous.

I don't think anyone forgets what he did in that series, it's just that, like all of the stars(particularly Kobe), get judged for the overall result more than the individual performance. And to be honest, I'm quite content with this concept, simply because the team's overall performance mainly depends on those guys.
