Maybe. Between 08-10 while with the Cavaliers LeBron really stepped his game up and did a ton of that. Then after he got to Miami he pretty muched stopped doing that all together whether it was his choice or just how the defense was setup.

Between 08-10 though he seemed to get 1 chase down block a game though almost.

thing that surprise me the most there is timing... they said there is like a millisecond of time to swat the shot or else its goaltending or to late.... very impressive to time all that starting from the opposing rim running down fast and BAM

I don't know if you can really call it a chasedown since he didn't really have to run that fast. I'm sure he has had more impressive chasedown blocks, that's just what I got from a quick search.
