Default Rank the NFC East

1. Dallas (yep, Romo blew it but I think we are still good, should be 4-0)
2. Philly (should be 2-2 probably, would be #1 here if not for horrid run D)
3. Giants (Eli is more erratic than Romo, YES he is)
4. Redskins ( yeah they are 3-1, but Grossman)

This division is so strange this year...you could make a case for just about any possible combination.

lol the NFC East is hardly terrible. Most competitive division from top to bottom. I could see every team being either 9-7 or 10-6 when all is said and done.

As of right now:

Redskins
Cowboys
Giants
Eagles

Going forward:

Eagles
Cowboys
Giants
Redskins

I still think the Skins will finish 8-8 or 9-7.

How can you rank Dallas #1 based on what they SHOULD have done? You act as if Romo's blunders don't count.

I don't have a problem with you ranking the Cowboys #1 with a valid reason, but your logic is ridiculous.

There is no clear cut good team in the NFC east at the moment. Redskins are leading the division but i think they will collapse, Eagles are playing like a JV team, cowboys are who we thought they are, giants don't have enough to have a good season. with that said.

redskins
cowboys
giants
eagles

If the Giants were healthy, they'd take this division this year fairly easy.

It also helps the refs saved their butts last weekend.

Giants are the best team in this division when fully healthy, and we are currently at worst the second best.

Half our team is injured and we're still winning after a bad opener vs. the Redskins.

Eagles can't stop the run to save their lives and the Cowboys are led by Tony Chokehomo.

It doesn't matter if you should've been 4-0, basing anything off "should've"s is ridiculous. If anything, the fact that they blew it after a big lead demonstrates ineptitude, poor coaching, and "choke-ness" of the Cowboys.

Eli is playing great and a lot of guys like JPP and Cruz are stepping up when we need it.

Giants are not the best team, there is no clear cut best team in the NFC east at this time, if romo got his act right, i think Dallas would be the best. One thing i'm sure about is the eagles being last though.

Some of you may need to be reminded that Dallas beat the Redskins.

What do you mean it is ridiculous? I am only allowed to base it on record? Lol

What I meant was that the whole "should be" is an iffy thing to say.

One side of the argument is that they're better than their record because they shouldn't have lost. But that's the thing, they shouldn't have lost. But the fact that they choked away a game is a big factor that hurts them in the opposite side of the argument

Yes my comments in the OP were just super short blurbs.

I think Dallas is better than their record says and Tony won't continue to blow the 50 point leads he puts on teams...

The thing that is amazing about Dallas right now is that the Rob Ryan D is actually really good...which is all I was worried about going into the year.
