I'm hoping for Morrison now, I think he can bring a lot to the Raps, mainly the hard playing, hungry, winning attitude that the team needs to progress

I think Morrison would help provide a weapon from the perimeter which would compliment Bosh and Charlie V quite well. And it is a good young core to mould for the next 2 to 3 years.

I can't remember a draft where the number 1 pick was a mystery to me.

I have no idea what direction they will go.

Bargnani, Aldridge, Morrison, a trade, Marcus Williams, Rudy Gay. I have no idea who they'll take.

I can't wait till next week to see what happens.

Default What Chris wants...

In the world of MLSE everything is political, so take this with a grain of salt, (i.e. what's said publicly rarely is what is in reality), but listening to BC talk about yesterday's trade he emphasized that the Raptors were looking to build around Chris, support Chris, complement Chris...if that's really how BC is thinking I can spin two scenarios out (and come draft day hope nobody can be bothered to remember this thread cause I will be totally wrong)...

1) Chris' 1st choice from all he is said is Aldridge...so if we follow what BC was saying yesterday, they will do what Chris Bosh wants and pick Aldridge, or
2) Accomodate/placate Bosh's desire for a strong presence in the centre with Rasho so that picking Bargnanni (sp?) won't piss him off. Oh yeah and have Rasho there to mentor Bargnanni...

Now watch them go and draft a PG...
