This can turn out good if all sides agree on what to coach. This can also turn out very chaotic if you have 4-5 different opinions flying around. The way Phil Jackson assigned everything to his coaches was actually quite organized. He had Kurt come up with the defensive schemes, Brian Shaw was more of a players coach. Phil handled more of the general offense and what the weaknesses were out there.
I hope in this case Mike Brown will know what he's doing. There needs to be an agreement between all coaches, or it will fail.
