The Chargers.

They need a new GM and Head Coach.

The Bears offense is pretty young still. The WRs, RBs, QB, some of the OL are still very young.

They just need more ready-now guys to play.

The defense however, aside from DT and S are on the wrongside of 30.

And Martz does call dumb plays at the wrong time but he is getting the idea lately on what our Bread and Butter is. And thats to feed Forte.

The Titans need to start over.

They need to rebuild their interior offensive line because the guys we currently have are freaking jokes.

They need new LB's because since Keith Bulluck and David Thornton have left the LB play has been miserable.

They need new Safeties because Michael Griffin is the most aggravating safety in the league. Their are moments where he looks like the next Ed Reed like in 08 then follows that up by one of the worst seasons I've ever seen in a safety in 09 while Chris Hope is washed up.

They need consistent play from their defensive line. They do have some solid pieces but they are missing that one dominate piece on the D-line that would make their complimentary pieces play better.

Finally they need some help @ WR. Britt looked like he was blossoming into a stud but with his injury they can't assume he'll get back to form. Nate Washington has been decent but he should not be a #1 WR and the rest of their WR core in unreliable.

Obviously the most likely scenario is traded out of the two. But he is due to make 28 million next year which could make a trade difficult to pull off. You would assume there would be some restructuring of the deal if he were to be traded but being cut is a possibility.

Funny how you take a small part of my post and try to blow it up. Sounds like u mad?

Awesome, apparently the Redskins have no QB, no RBs, and no WRs and yet somehow we're not amongst the 10 worst offenses in the league (we may move down there now with all the injuries, though). You gotta love these armchair GMs...

Grossman and Beck are your QB. Happy with the future? Happy with them leading the team to the playoffs?

Hightower, Torain, Helu are your RBs. Neither of these 3 are featured RB as Wash tends to go RB by committee if not split it between Hightower/Torain. Happy with that?

Moss, J.Gafney, D.Stallworth, and a cast of misfits (altho Hankerson isnt bad). No legit #1 WR, no game breaker, no guy you can rely on for the tough catch/first down. Happy with the WR core in Wash?

So I figure you must be taking "no x,y,z" in the literal sense. By default Wash has qbs, rbs, wrs. But do you have the talent at that position that makes you as a fan confident in the direction of this football team?

I just put down $2,000 n Vegas your answer is no. But I'll let you tell it.

Nobody is happy with the QB situation.

Hightower is injured... Helu is good, but he's a rookie that needs time to develop, but he's till averaging 4.9 ypc, and is looking good against the #1 run defense today. Torain is rather inconsistent, but he's more of a fill in anyways. I like what we have at RB.

Yes, I'm happy with what we have at WR. Also, we have Davis at TE, who is #2 for yards amongst TEs and #14 overall including WRs.

A lack of confidence would come from the lack of QB, and a questionable OL.

I said Wash tends to go RB by committee. Check Shanny's resume if you're clueless to what is meant. And if you think Hightower being healthy all season and Wash only uses 1 RB? Then I think thats a foolish thought by you. I dont need to be reminded Hightower is injured.
