Deepends where. Metro Vancouver may be the most expensive city in Canada, but the suburbs are very reasonable and growing. I own a loft 2-bedroom condo in Surrey. 1250 square feet I purchased for 250,000. Surrey is the fastest growing city here in BC, and I think second to Calgary. They're even building the Largest outlet mall in Western North America here. Surrey and suburbs like it are pretty much and extension of metro Van, and minutes to DT

Didn't come from me. I actually haven't negged anyone on here. I just find it funny that people are so easily offended. I actually loved Canada when I visited there. I make fun of where I live all the time. Still wouldn't live anywhere else.
