The purpose is not to be average. That is not the argument. The argument is should Denver be grooming him as their future QB. Considering they are winning games only because their defense is allowing about 10 pts a game id say no. If the Defense allows 20 pts, or if they allow 10 first half points, etc. - they are doomed.

What? He's led Denver to wins when the opposing team has scored 23, 24. A game last year Chargers scored like 30+ and Denver was right there with 28 or something. So in 3 games last year defense gave up 20+ points every game and all games were close except for when blowout where they scored like 39 or something. Denver's offense put up 23 points still. Not to mention in half a game against the Chargers Tebow had something like two TD's in the 4th quarter and was like 30 yards or an extra 20 seconds away from completely yet another game winning drive. He's thrown for 300+ yards last year.

Just saying. This year he's been brutal on 3rd down's and can't seem to score the ball unless it's in the 4th but it's not like when the other team hits 20 points the game is automatically over like your implying.

I dont see how you can make that guarantee after seeing Rivers last interception. My god that was beyond awful. I sat in silence for about two minutes thinking that I'm on something, he could have possibly found every way to shit the bed this season.

they play a bunch of awful teams and have one of the best defenses in the league.

they will be in pretty much every game the rest of the year.

Try again on December 18. But maybe discount that last game of the season.

You're right. The goal isn't to be average.

And what idiot thinks the way to win football games is run and stop the run, control the ball and field position, and win on the scoreboard? LUNACY!

They're 5-1 in their last 6 and a game out of the division lead.

In a league where Caleb Haynie (sp?), Matt Leinart, TJ Yates, Tyler Palko, Vince Young, Blaine Gabbert, Colt McCoy, Matt Moore etc are starters, this team is doing pretty well.

I'm slightly worried that they ride in as the Wild Card and something crazy happens in the rematch with the Pats.
