Its the whole race joke thing, Chappelle left, so comedy central replaced him with a mexican, less funny, version of Chappelle

Yeah.. I dont know. Chapelle owns him. But still, his little " DEE da DEE" Pysses me off like nothing else. Mencia always has something racial or sexual on there and it normally isnt funny. Chapelle has random stuff and everythings hilarious. You cant replace Chapelle comedy central.
