Default Marquis Daniels

Where he at?
Can he help a team still?

I really like his game. Perk might still be a celtic if Daniels hadnt of got a spinal injury.

Daniels was insanely underrated as a Celtic. Even Celtic fans didn't really like him. People just don't get him, though. He was legitimately about to blow up too...he looked comfortable despite playing with a terrible bench. Jumper was much improved too.

I have a feeling he's gonna come back to the Celtics on a minimum deal to prove himself. Also allows Celtics to keep cap room for Dwight while getting someone who's familiar with their system.

Celtics will fill their roster for '11-'12 season only. They are not going to sign anybody into '12-'13 season.

I thought Daniels was playing great before that nasty fall. He is probably the main reason for the Perkins/Green trade because Boston needed someone to guard LeBron when Pierce was resting.

I will definitely take him back. Dude is familiar with the system, plays hard and no problems at all except for his recent freak injury. I've heard he is willing to go back to Celtics

Another news is Leon Powe is also interested to go back to Celtics, love the fans etc. Dude plays hard, has a knack for rebounding and some big hustle plays. Hope he comes back.

I always thought he was a little under-rated, he was playing well for the Celtics before that horrible injury. Then for some reason they traded him to Sacramento (I think it was to make the money work for the Perkins trade maybe?).

I'd like him back if he's healthy, he was playing great.

Yes we would definitely take him back. Marquis has great I.Q. and knows the system. Seems like the only shortcoming he has is finishing.

He signed with the Celtics for cheap in 2009 so he could play for a contender. He came of a solid year with the Pacers (13.6PPG, 4.6RPG, 2.1APG) and with him being a good defensive player, he could've gotten a better deal somehwere else.
He would still be a great fit on the Celtics, but he's the type of player that would fit in anywhere. Doesn't demand the ball much, doesn't do stupid things, plays solid defense, plays within the team concept. Would be a good fit on the Spurs in my opinion.

The Kings were just below the salary floor from trading away Carl Landry for Marcus Thornton, so they traded for him just to get above the limit.
