OK, I'm a little bit confused about the round of the keepers. There are 5 keepers in my team:
Wade (round 1)
Nowitzki (round 1)
Aldridge (round 2)
David Lee (round 3)
Jeff Green (round 9)
The rule says...
3. If you keep a keeper player for a second time 'cost' goes up by 50%, rounded up.
So I guess that Wade, Nowitzki, Aldridge and David Lee all go in round 1... or David Lee is round 2?
Jeff Green goes in round 4? round 5?
Can I only keep one of the keepers that go in round 1?

^^ since it's your first season in the league, i'm pretty sure you get the players at their original values, if i'm not mistaken. unless that rule was changed?

You get 4 keepers per year. Whom ever you choose on your existing squad is up to you. The reason you have 5 players with a 'k' beside their names is because the former manager traded with other teams who sent their keepers in the deal. You don't have to keep the players with the k.
You can only keep one of Dirk or Wade cause they both fall under the same draft round. Jeff Green would be a 5th rounder.
^^ right. but to his other question, as a first year manager he gets to keep his inherited keepers at their original value without the previous managers discount right?

Hmmm..I'm not sure?...
but if that was the case.
He could keep only one of Dirk or Wade. And keep any of the other players in their original draft round.
btw if FC gets to keep those guys in their orginal value, he's going to have some nice keepers.....
Everyone is correct, except the grace period for a first year manager. Grace periods are gone of any kind. New managers follow the same rules as the rest of the league.

Oh ok, I see. I don't know if I consider that a fair rule. But then again, I guess when I came I didn't have any keepers at all because I didn't inheret someone else's team, so perhaps it's different.
