If Chauncey gets amnestied, I think the Clippers are eligible to put a bid.

Add Chauncey Billups, and the Clippers are going to the playoffs.

Nice. I don't think they'll get CP3 so it's good they shored up another position they need. Depending on his health they should definitely compete for a playoff spot.
