Cool dude and Joe Gibbs should still be the Redskins Head Coach.

This is the NFL.People get fired all the time that have successful pasts a lot more recent than the early and mid 90s.

Your nostalgia has clouded the fact that any GM in Jones' position would have been canned long ago with Dallas' failures to get it done

Personally, Im glad Jones is a control freak that doesn't allocate powers and responsibilities correctly. It makes for great entertainment in the midst of having to cheer for a bad team
