Lookin at the replay he didn't lead with his helmet. He had his hands out in front first. Bang Bang play. The cribbs hit was intentional. Also if colt dOSS t want a concussion slide. He tucked the ball and took off. He's oPen to get hit.

He should have known better. We can debate the hit all day, and there will be opinions on both sides (I tend to think he deserved what he got), but at the end of the day, he has to be aware of the fact that he has a target on his back.

Yeah thats the big problem. He is aware but doesnt even care. Hey he doesnt have to feel sympathy for Colt laying on the ground counting sheep above his head. But missing games hurts the team. And at this point anything he does now is missing games. He's rebelled long enough, time to just give in for the good of the team.

If you don't think that the hit on McCoy was dirty, you don't know much about football. There is complaining about softer rules and then there is that hit... Totally unnecessary and in such a critical situation that I can't see it as anything but him attempting to knock McCoy out of the game.

F#ck Harrison.

The main thing for me is that the hit was just unnecessary in my opinion. Colt had already released the ball and really was defenseless, and the hit just didn't need to even happen. And it was a brutal hit.

Now the Browns come out today and say they didn't even test Colt for a concussion before sending him back in, I'm sure they will get a fine soon.

Good luck, queer. He could take everyone that posts in the WNBA forum at once.

(If you can't see it, click here.)

It was pretty clear that he watched as McCoy released the ball AND THEN dipped his head and went in for the kill shot. That wasn't a case of forward momentum not being able to be stopped.

Again, how anyone can watch that hit and not call it dirty... I just don't get it. I'm not all about the newer, softer rules, especially for quarterbacks, but that was dirty... That would have been dirty 10 years ago.

im counting 1 step from release til impact. according to u that hit at full speed lies completely outside the framework of the game. its 15yd roughness penalty... next down.

I dont know. Even ex defensive players are saying that Colt was fair game. He left the pocket and initially was running. If that was Tim Tebow, Cam Newton we arent having this convo problably because Harrison might have got trucked. If it were Vick, Harrison would be missing a game not due to suspension but his ankles are sore from being broken.

I'm torn because the NFL is giving offense the advantage too much its lookin like the damn NBA now. Before you licked your chops at hitting snot out of a QB nose. Now you are hoping the way you hit the QB doesnt draw a flag, fine. Just wack to me man. I'm oldschool and I like some of the players have to adjust to the "new game".

And while so much is being made over this hit, no one is bashing the Browns for sending him back in with a concussion. Atleast I havent read much on it so I cant honestly say that. But I see more Harrison headlines.

Actually, it is a 15-yard penalty, a gigantic fine and a suspension. You lose.
