Default Fitness - How do you burn stomach fat?

I've gained a beer belly over the weekend, from drinking to damn beer. I'm looking for the fastest method to burn stomach fat, I know some of you workout so you should be able to give me some pointers on how to burn/lose stomach fat. What should I eat and what's the best excercise to do? I hate doing crunches are there other alternatives?

You just need to do some cardio and fix your nutrition, eat high protein food, watch on carbs and try to avoid fat.
As for cardio, you can run, ride a bike, swim etc.
I suggest you run on an empty stomach. Nothing burns fat as cardio on an empty stomach.
I'm guessing that you're not really fat. You should have a normal stomach back in no time.

No I'm not fat, I do cardio 5 times a day (Run 2 miles a day), but the thing that mess me up is my eating habits. So you think I should do cardio when I wake up? I don't understand the whole nutrition, eat high protein food and carb stuff. What should I eat that's good? What's high in protein and low in carbs?

Hmm, strange. If you run that much and if you're naturally slim you shouldn't have much weight problems.
Anyway, ask around for healthy food. I can't tell you which food to eat because I don't live in US. I don't know what kind of products you got in the USA.
Proper nutrition is very important. You should eat healthy food and you"ll always look good. Proteins, man. Hair, heart, nails, every muscle..it's all build of proteins, man. You need to eat high protein food.
As for cardio in the mourning, definitely..do it. It's great for burning fat.
I'd recommend you to run around 30-45 minutes, 3 times a week is enough IMO.
After like 2 weeks, your stomach should be flat again.
From how you described yourself, I think you"ll flat out your stomach in no time.
Good luck. :)

I heard Michael Jordan had 3% body fat one year when he was still playing basketball. How can I get my body fat percentage down that low?

You cannot burn fat in "places", that's impossible. Do I need to go on?

I find the best way to lose weight is to eat less, excercise more, and be happy with yourself no matter what.

thats what my friend told me who lost a ton of weight recently. I wouldn't know firsthand. Im skinny to the point where if I lost weight I would float.

It's true, stress does add extra body fat, and that really is a hard thing to avoid. At least for me, anything stressed me out before. :

You absolutely did not gain a beer belly in two days. It doesn't happen.

Situps are the one of the most overrated exercises out there. It's the equivalent of fattys walking for 10 minutes and calling themselves "getting in shape". The only way situps do you any good is if you do at least 500 or more a day or do them on an incline. Other than that, they are useless.

The most effective and efficient ab exercise is the "bicycle maneuver". Google it and give it a try. You are guaranteed to see results after only a week.

Actually, I've been drinking since Christmas eve, and the whole weekend till New Years. It's not a huge beer belly, but it's bigger then before.

I run 2 miles a day, 5 times a week. But I don't watch what I eat, I guess that just maintains the weight without losing anything. I usually eat fast food, such as big mac, whopper jr. etc. It's hard to cut back on food since I love to eat so much. If I just keep with my routine, AND cut back on what I eat, I think i'll do fine. I think I'll just drink water and eat oranges for a month, unless you recommend something good.

2 miles a day 5 days a week should make you lose weight, I don't care if your eating chocolate 3 meals a day, that's equivalent to burning almost 1200 calories a day while multiplying the speed of your metabolism.
