well it really depends
if you jog at a brisk pace (6mph), 1 mile would take roughly around 10 minutes
but that all depends on how fast you like to jog and i guess how long ur legs are as well. its all relative to a person, there is no universal jog time that ='s a mile. you'd have to generally test on a treadmill. myself when i jog/run in the morning, from the times ive ran on a treadmill, my comfort level of running/jogging in the morning is around 7mph, so a mile takes me around ~8.5 minutes.
i always thought running a mile would be like 45 minutes, man im a dumbass
It tastes too good to be good for you, hehe. But yeah I found out that its not that bad, I had a good amount of poporn. And oh yeah and the new lifestyle of mine is workin great!
me too, Im on weight watchers and I can pretty much eat anything I want, just gotta keep it moderated to about 1700 calories a day, Ive lost 5 pounds in the first 7 days, most is water weight but its a good start.
staying positive is also important, some people stress because they dont see immediate results, this eventually leads to pessimism and people giving up. but your attitude seems to be the right one, that will only make things easier and better. keep it up, good luck
Thats why I usually give up, because its hard to see no progress when you're working your butt off, but Im 98% positive Im gonna stay on track this time for then a month!
Could you guys make a list of healthy foods to eat? I've been eating low calories stuff for a few weeks now, and to be honest, I'm kind of sick of em... I need something new and healthy. Under 200 or 300 calories a meal.
