<shrug> depends a lot on how it was prepared, but I was just saying that grilled is better for you.

Fried is always bad for you.

I say we have a competition and an avatar/sig bet on who can lose the most? At the end of 3 months we choose someone to PM, and say how much we lost, but remember no cheating!

I have a question, if i jog, how much minutes would i have to jog for that to be a mile?

also, if you workout on the bike, would that be the same as jogging or is that more of a leg workout?

well it really depends
if you jog at a brisk pace (6mph), 1 mile would take roughly around 10 minutes
but that all depends on how fast you like to jog and i guess how long ur legs are as well. its all relative to a person, there is no universal jog time that ='s a mile. you'd have to generally test on a treadmill. myself when i jog/run in the morning, from the times ive ran on a treadmill, my comfort level of running/jogging in the morning is around 7mph, so a mile takes me around ~8.5 minutes.

staying positive is also important, some people stress because they dont see immediate results, this eventually leads to pessimism and people giving up. but your attitude seems to be the right one, that will only make things easier and better. keep it up, good luck
