Minus Derrick Williams, I love the team. I think Billups is great value that late.
Essentially you took big thats will get you boards and blocks, and smalls that will hit threes, get over 5 ast, and get over 1 steal. Hard for me to gauge because I'm used to 10 teams but I'd love that team in a 10 teamer, and just by look, it seems great even for an 8 teamer.
As for Williams, I think there are probably better options out there. I'd pick up Austin Daye, Perk, Tyrus Thomas, or any other guy that will likely contribute right away considering their current minute situation.

I like Afflalo, Tyrus, Kendrick, Andre, Jordan crawford, and Boris Diaw.
Out of everyone there, I'd say Afflalo, Jordan Crawford, Diaw, and Andre have the most value. The other's I listed do also. Depending on what you may need for the week, I'd roll with that. If you want a player who will give you value for the season, I think it's Diaw/Afflalo. Minimal injury risk and they should produce nicely/not have to battle for minutes like Andre Miller may have to with Lawson despite the good first game from him.
If those guys are already scooped, roll with any of the guys I mentioned. They should all produce relatively consistently.
