Default Chalmers or Cole?

Chalmers has been hitting 3s, as what is expected from him. Currently, he's shooting 62.5% from downtown. Played solid defense in the first 4 games. He also plays within his limits, at least from my observation. His .158 WS/48 confirms that.

Cole often forces the issue to the detriment of his team. I can vividly remember him against the Wolves forcing a layup against 2 well positioned defenders coming from a fastbreak. Many more examples. He takes 10.5fga per game. He hasn't been hitting threes, connecting only 1 out of 6. He, though, has the upside that Chalmers does not possess.

So who's your pick? I'd go with Chalmers, as of now. Cole is better suited in the bench as an energy guy.

Default Re: Chalmers or Cole?

Chalmers to start, good defense and hits his threes. But to finish games probably Cole because hes proven to hit big shots and bring energy.

Not saying Chalmers can't hit big shots because he has in the past.
