Long ass f*cking list to discuss.

The first and last names Brees/Fletcher I see staying but I'd jump for joy if Eagles could steal London Fletcher. He fits this town. He fills a need. I'd love it.

I wish that list was seperated in positions.

I hope Cedric Benson is gone from Cincinnati.

He, much like most other backs, had his 3-4 year run. 29 year old power back? No thanks.

Dallas lets Anthony Spencer walk and signs Mario Williams to play LOLB opposite Ware

that would be cool

He can bust it to the outside, something Benson can't do.

There is no way to know if he can handle the rigors of a full season, though. In that tough division, you really need a bruiser, so I'd like to see them try and draft one, and keep Scott as the change of pace back, or find someone else.

Fletcher is aging.. I don't understand why the Eagles don't actually draft a linebacker, when was the last time the eagles selected a linebacker in the first? Make the investment.

I did research on this last year. The highest LB drafted during the Reid era was 3 2nd rounders (Barry Gardner in '99, Quinton Caver in '01, Matt McCoy in '05). No 1st round LB's. As you can see...they suck at judging that position's talent.

Trotter was a 3rd rounder

I went back year by year to see the last time they chose a LB in the 1st round but gave up by the time I got to 1990.

Lots of nice names, but once you sift through the list and see possible candidates that will likely be available....not impressive.

You really think Buffalo wants Stevie Johnson around?

Also I don't think NE should resign the "Law-Firm". He stunk this season and he's easily replaceable with Ridley.

The LB position isn't that tough to find and LB's don't really need to adjust to the NFL game like other positions. Just draft a god damn linebacker and stop putting players like Rolle out there.

Green Ellis is a good enough player to keep around in case of injury. Knows the system, very good goal line and short yardage runner. Team guy.

Stevie Johnson is too talented not to keep around. He does stupid things but he can get open vs. anyone in the league.

I really don't get the Stevie Johnson hate. Is "Happy New Year" just too profane for people? Yeah he should have listened to his coach, has had some critical drops this year, but that passing game would be a wasteland without him. They would be stupid not to bring him back, and anyone should gladly welcome him on their squad.
