I'd rather him not suit up and lose then bring him back and cause long term damage or lingering effects. Let him heal.

I completely agree.
It will get really ugly without Melo though.

We'll be okay without him for a little while. More ball movement. The Patrick Ewing Effect.

Maybe,but probably not.
I can see more Amare iso's in which he's pretty much worse than Melo.
I want to see how much shots Shumpert will take.
I wouldn't be surprised if we see another 20 shot game from him.

We will be better in the long run without him, but right now...no way.
Since our guys can't make an open shot even with Melo on the floor, I can truly see Stat in immediate foul trouble trying to force things out there through double and triple teams.

It's the effect of him not having a pg.

Of course, that was the weird thing about the Patrick Ewing Effect.

I totally agree. I just hope Antoni hasnt ruined his game for good. We'll need a good coach to undo the damage Mike has done to his game.

Re: My Game Report
He's hasn't really been the out front leader since the big trade. It's not D'Antoni that's changed him, (LOL, you haters are relentless, D'antoni basically ****ing made him), it's taking a back seat to Melo.

I'm going to the game today.
Sucks that Melo and Amare aren't playing. Part 2 of my Game Report will follow afterwards.

Tell us what Javale McGee smells like. I'm guessing paint chips.
