Well Kiper is pretty bad. But all Mock's should be taken with a grain of salt.

here is Peter King on same draft:

King got the first 4 picks correct...and Seattle as well

not perfect but still much more accurate than Kiper who's mock is just wrong all over

Words from Peter King...

30. Minnesota
Tim Tebow, QB, Florida

A hunch. Nothing more. Brett Favre lasts another year (two at the outside) while Tebow grows

It's during times like these that doing a mock draft becomes most difficult. But I've learned over the years to ignore much of what's said in April when I put the mock jigsaw together.

You're being ridiculous here. These are Peter King words. Why you have a hardon for Mel Kipers mock not being totally accurate is beyond me. I rather someone do a mock with who they think should be drafted and where vs someone trying to guess what teams will do based on reading, rumors etc etc.

Bash Mel for his hairdo, his evaluation of talent. Not friggin mocks. Retarded and you know it.

Also if you redid the 2010 mock draft today it would look different. No even NFL teams werent accurate as many would 2nd guess their original picks.

but I did bash his evaluation of talent...he had Clausen #1 OVERALL on his big board

that isn't the draft...that is who he thought the best prospect was...over people like Berry and Suh etc

are you still lost as usual GOBB or did that help?

I'm going to make a mock this year after the combine...I bet I have more picks that turn out correct than Mel

that will be fun...test myself vs. Kiper

And you had G.Mccoy over Suh. What exactly is your point? How does he have Clausen as the best prospect on his big board when Clausen ends up #9 on the Bills and 2nd QB taken? Yes I'm still lost prime. Help me find my way you idiot.

shit, McCoy might end up better than Suh...Clausen will NEVER be shit

you're lost at how him having Clausen as the BEST PROSPECT IN THE ENTIRE DRAFT makes him a bad evuation of talent?

here son:

play with this for two weeks and then come back in here

I think Claussen has some pretty good talent, not best in that draft, but 1st round talent, I'm not a huge fan of him, but it will be a shame if he never get's another shot, because his stint on that god awful Panther's team shouldn't be his only chance.

if that draft was done again today I don't think he would even be drafted...

he is 3rd string on that team now behind Derek Anderson...

Nothing in your initial post show how he had Clausen #1 on his big board. I see his mock draft then his top 5 QB prospects. I also see Clausen go #9 and Bradford #4. How is Clausen his #1 prospect but he goes #9 in his mock?

I'm asking you to explain and you cant do it.

why is his mock different than his big board, I need to explain that to you?

same way I had Suh getting drafted before McCoy...he didn't think NFL scouts were on the same page as he was about Clausen...he was right that NFL scouts had Bradford over Clausen but not right enough, NFL scouts didn't have Clausen as top-10 talent

did you watch the draft GOBB?...I could have sworn I remember you in the draft thread in here...do you not remember Kiper's big board that whole time during the draft? You don't remember that whole ordeal?

You're asking me about 2 drafts ago. No I dont know about his big board. Why else am I asking you how his big board makes sense with his mock?

So his mock draft was what he thought teams would do?

well he had his big board up the whole time and Clausen was there at #1 till the mid second round...it looked very embarrassing for him, people kept asking him why he wasn't taken yet, he didn't have an answer

um yes, obviously

is he supposed to put what he thought teams wouldn't do instead?
