I remember watching Kyle every single night with those awful Grizzlies teams... never thought he would be anything but an energy guy off the bench. Amazing what he's done with his career.

THIS.
I remember that I was so pissed that the Rockets traded Rafer for Lowry, haha..
Feel so stupid when I see him flirting with them triple doubles every game..

^^I hope he's good at something other than basketball, because he's hardly set for that kind of life at this point, and his NBA career is going down the tubes fast.

Poor Hungry Driven... interesting. Judging by those pictures he'll be poor and hungry pretty goddamn soon if he doesn't get his head screwed on straight.

Blake Griffin is such a player. Griffin doesn't have an ego, but he's a guy that not only makes his peers better on the court but off of it. Until Griffin came, Deandre Jordan was a pure scrub whose work ethic was non-existent. One year with Griffin and he's 7/7/3 playing a key role on one of the best teams in the West. I'm positive Griffin, Chauncey, Chris, Caron, and Del Negro (a guy whose resume is predicated on developing young talent) are more than capable of keeping TWill's ego in check.

If he went to a team like the Clippers with playing time handed to him at SG/SF, it wouldn't fix his issues with authority. He'd play well in some games, but as soon as when Billups or Foye are getting more minutes than him it'd be the same story all over again with him thinking the coaches are not giving him a chance.
Maybe. But Del Negro is a player's coach. There isn't any reason to think that Williams wouldn't be able to work with the current rotation, minutes not withstanding.
