saw the game. the raptors are horrendous. We aren't just losing games anymore. We are losing to some of the worst teams in the league and in an embarrassing manner. The bulls kept us to only 64 points!!~! i expected the raps to lose as the bulls are dismantling teams but what i saw was just pathetic.
Let games like these be a lesson to all people who would be happy making the playoffs as an 8th seed this year. Even with Bargnani, the talent level on this team is horrendous unless you think Valanciunas is a future superstar.
That Raptors team that won the Atlantic that one year when everyone knew the East sucked were quickly exposed as frauds the next few years. The same thing would happen if the Raptors miraculously made it this year.

Then too. The point stands though. I worry that if the Raptors were to make the playoffs this year, there would be similar patchwork moves thinking this team is better than they actually are. It's going to be a weird season with this condensed schedule. I personally think the Sixers and Pacers are two teams that are going to fall into this trap.
we need to tank this year big time and get a very high draft pick (top 5). Then with the assets we have, i wouldn't mind us making the playoffs then. We will have teh required assets and any playoff exposure to the young players can then be regarded as assets. As of right now, making the playoffs or 'winning' is just useless.
god damn this team is horrible. I can't believe I actually decided to watch this game on a saturday night at a bar in chicago. I was the joke of the bar when my friends decided to tell everyone i was a raptor fan.
